Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact World Beaute within 7 days of receiving your goods.
Defects
The purchaser shall inspect the Goods on delivery and shall immediately notify World Beaute of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage or failure to comply with the description or quote. The Purchaser shall afford World Beaute an opportunity to inspect the Goods within a reasonable time frame following delivery if the Purchaser believes the Goods are defective in any way. If the Purchaser shall fail to comply with these provisions the Goods shall be presumed to be free from any defect or damage. For defective Goods, which World Beaute has agreed in writing that the Purchaser is entitled to reject, the Sellers liability is limited to either (at World Beaute’s discretion) replacing the Goods or repairing the Goods.
Goods will not be accepted for return other than in accordance with the above.
Returns
Returns will only be accepted provided that:
The Purchaser has complied with the provisions of clause 5, and the Goods are returned at the Purchaser’s cost within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date; and
World Beaute will not be liable for Goods which have not been stored or used in a proper manner; and
The Goods are returned in the condition in which they were delivered and with all packaging material, brochures and instructional material in as new condition as is reasonably possible circumstances.
Please note: After 12 days of receipt of goods all sales are final.
